A $50 non-refundable deposit, payable via Cash App ($52 to $Wukreative) or Zelle (wuk@weirduniquekreative.com), is required to secure esthetician services. This deposit counts towards your final bill, with the balance due in CASH.
Late Policy for Esthetician Services:
- 10-minute grace period.
- $20 fee if 15+ minutes late.
- Appointment canceled if 30+ minutes late.
- No Call No-Show rebooking fee $40.
For STRIPPEDBYWUK services, clients must arrive clean and groomed or may be rescheduled.
Hair Service Deposits:
- $80 for coloring non-WUK hair.
- $100 for adding coloring to WUK hair purchases.
No refunds on any products or services. Exchanges for hair extensions allowed within 24 hours of purchase if in original condition.
Travel fees are $60.
